Question: seat cushions

The backs of my thighs ache on long car trips. Can anyone recommend a good seat cushion that might alleviate this problem? Thanks.

Stretch! When you stop for gas/bathrooms/food/whatever, get out and stretch. I'm not talking a leisurely walk around the car, either; I'm saying to go for full-on runner's stretches. You'll look like an ass, but it'll be an ass that doesn't hurt.
