Skype for Blackberry Overseas

Can anyone recommend a blackberry app for skype that works outside the US?
I used to use iSkoot, which worked pretty well, but it got discontinued this year. I live in Argentina, and the official skype for bb doesn't work here so I need another app. I've tried downloading IM+ Talk on the BB from Softonic but i get "unsupported media type: application/zip". Any ideas?
