What movie has this scene? A guy loosely holds a handkerchief/piece of paper out a car window and talks about how he likes to see how loose he can hold on to something important without losing it.

I can't find the exact quote the guy uttered since I can't even remember from what film it was. Help!

I think it was an action film. Modern-day setting. I can't remember if the language was English or Asian (with an English subtitle). Two people were in a car going fast down the road. One of them (a guy) sticks his hand out the window, holding a handkerchief or a piece of paper by a corner, then remarks about how he likes/tends to see how loosely he can hold on to something important before the wind knocks it out of his hand. I think he was referring to how badly he treats his woman even though he loves her very much.
