2011 Ford Explorer Commercial

In the 2011 Ford Explorer commercial, at 0:24 - 0:25sec, what are they doing with their hands?

There are two kids and a man sitting across the bench seat in a moving vehicle, and it looks like everybody's doing choreographed gestures and they're saying something that goes with the gestures -- is this some kid's game/song? It seems familiar to me, but a distant memory...

I was going to say Itsy Bitsy Spider, but now I'm thinking it could be the "swish swish swish" of the windshield wipers in The Wheels on the Bus.

The gesture isn't quite right for "swish swish swish" unless they're being very lazy. It's a bit like Waddly Atcha.
