Social Skills Training/Behavior Therapy in NYC?

I need to improve my social and relationship skills. Can anyone recommend a behavior therapist in NYC who does social skill training and takes Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield?
Currently taking meds which have helped me an awful lot. I am also seeing a therapist but I'm not sure that I'm getting what I need out of that particular relationship. I know what my issues are and I don't see the point in rehashing them endlessly. My main problem right now is loneliness. The meds and therapy have helped me deal with my crippling shyness but I don't have the tools I need to get out there and connect with people.
If you know of a place in NYC where I can get some social skills training, please let me know. Thanks!

Can you post a throwaway email address for the mods to post for you? People aren't going to want to post specific doctor's names necessarily.
I don't know too much about social anxiety, but many good therapists can help you with this, so you might want to try another one and ask them specifically for help with this.
Valkyryn is wrong -- many health plans cover psychological care ( esp inNYC), which you probably know since you're asking about Blue Cross Blue shield. I just don't want anyone else reading this thread to feel they can't take this route.
