Please help me find this. I've exhausted my online searching skills.
A year ago or so, I had a Motorola Backflip with Android 1.5 installed. It was an underwhelming experience, so I ended up returning the phone. Now I got the Atrix, with Android 2.2, and I'm loving it.
Here's the thing. Back then, I found a game that grew on me quite a bit. It's somewhat similar to the first Puzzle Quest. You walk around a map, getting into fights with monster (between towns). When you get into these fights, you have to mach up tiles(?) in order to make certain actions. If you matched up sword tiles, you attacked your enemy with your weapon. If you matched up enough magic tiles, you could cast a spell, etc... The screen had the puzzle portion using up four fifths of its real estate, and on the top portion you see your character duke it out with the enemy.
So, now that I got my new phone, I've been searching for this game but I can't find it anywhere. I've searched the official Android Market (which is where I found it originally), and numerous other app sites. I've tried googling it (using several relevant keywords), but no luck... I've even posted in Android-related forums!
Does this game sound familiar to anyone here...? I'd REALLY like to find it again.
Thank you.

Was it paid or free? I remember when I got my Nexus One last year coming across a similar game...but now the market is so huge I can't find it either.

It sounds very much like Puzzle Kingdoms but I have no idea if there's a droid version.

Best answer: You could probably pull up your Android Market history and see if it's in there?

Seconding msbutah, if you're using the same Google account it should be in your market history.

OP, if you find it in your market history, please update and let us know what it is!

Response by poster: @Calzephyr: I'm pretty sure it was free. I remember thinking (when I first got it) "I wouldn't pay for this".

@iconomy & SpacemanStix: It's not Puzzle Kingdoms/Puzzle Lords, (though PK does look very similar, AND now I want a 'droid version of it!) In the game I'm looking for, you actually see the characters fight.

@msbutah, xedrik & hansbrough: I definitely didn't know about the Android Market history! Much to my delight, I did use then the same Google account I'm using now! :D
Downside? It's NOT in the history!! D: I don't understand why it's not there, though! I can definitely see all the apps I downloaded to my Backflip when I had it, but that game doesn't show up in the history!
I definitely know it came from the Android Market, because back then I didn't know how to sideload or anything like that... I'm *pretty* sure I got it from the Market, but I can't figure out why it's not in my history... Any other ideas....?

Response by poster: Is it possible that it was removed from the Market..? Maybe that's why it doesn't show in my history anymore....?

How did you pay? Would paypal or a credit card have the info? Have you tried contacting the Android Market to ask them to look?

Response by poster: Sorry it took me so long to respond.
@inconomy: It was a free game (ad supported). So no records there. I tried to find a way to contact the Android Market people, but I didn't see a direct way to do so. My best bet is to post something in the community forums and hope that a moderator can help me with it.
