If I were you I'd set up an ebay alert for Nike Cortez Forrest Gump and pray someone has them. I couldn't find anyone online who had them in stock- it looks like they were a limited release in 2009.

They came out in 2009 and didn't sell very well, but it looks like eBay has a bunch. I don't recall seeing the Forrest Gump colorway in actual stores; I think the solid colors in my link were pretty much the only ones available. The style number is 344576.
*Many sneaker websites erroneously call them the Cortez Free Flywire.
