Is there an app for this?

Is there a simple to use, low-cost and/or open-source tool for creating simple mobile apps?

We're looking for a way to create simple apps, primarily for text/HTML newsletters with very basic menu structures. Is there a tool kit or application that will let us take our existing content and easily port it to a mobile app? Looking to make separate versions for iPhone, iPad and Android. (We've looked at things like Zinia but they have way too many advanced features that we just don't need.)

Maybe something like Sencha Touch. You can pay for support, but otherwise I am pretty sure it is free. Apologies if this is similar to Zinia.

If you're looking to convert webpages with HTML, css, and/or JavaScript to apps, you're looking for PhoneGap
