please help me max out my office-supplies budget

Please help me find this desktop nameplate (or similar) in the right size!

These nameplates used to have a 2.5x8.5 glass insert that matched Avery's 2.5x8.5 tent cards. Now for some reason the vendor uses a 2x8.5 glass insert and I need to either find sheets of cardstock perfed to fit the existing insert, or find another 2.5x8.5 nameplate.

The vendor can special-order 2.5x8.5 glass (or I can get it cut myself) but the cost is prohibitive; I need about 50 of these and we are already spending $20 each. On nameplates. The idea is for employees out at remote sites to be able to slip new names in with personnel changes etc. & not have to go through me! (And also not have to use x-acto knives, etc.) So either mass-produced cardstock that matches the holder or a holder that matches mass-produced cardstock. Thanks in advance for any help!

I know Kinko's has perforation services. I didn't see a full service store in Roanoke (provided that is where you are per your user info), but perhaps Staples or Office Max also has that capability? If so, get them to make up some perforated card stock sheets in your preferred size.

Oh, duh. I screwed up the search query. There's totally a Kinko's in Roanoke at 2239 Colonial Ave SW. The next closest one is in Christiansburg.
