Looking for health newsletter suggestions

Recommendations for quality health newsletter?

Year ago, I subscribed to the Berkeley Wellness newsletter, and I'd like to subscribe to something again. I liked the Berkeley newsletter, but wonder if there are others now that I should look into. I'm looking for reliable, general health information that's well written and researched.

My parents and godparents always got the Harvard Health Letter. I think maybe it used to be called something else (Harvard Medical Letter?)
