Is there any free, public resource that will tell me who owns a particular block of 800, 866, etc. phone numbers in North America?

I swear NANPA used to have something like that on their web site. But it no longer seems easy to find. Maybe when they transitioned to 1000-blocks.

Toll Free Numbers, despite it's horridly ugly design, allows you to look up blocks of numbers and who owns them.
