Where can i find a suit and tailor in NYC?

The boyfriend needs a suit and a quick tailor in New York City for a job interview (TUESDAY!).

My Boyfriend is this guy He is on the smaller side and he has a job interview on Tuesday. He's looking to spend something reasonable- the suit being under 400$, and hopefully a tailor that can work fast."I need an off-the-rack suit and a small-dude tailor who works fast." Can anyone give us a hand?

If you need it tailored fast, go to Ludlow Express. North side of Rivington between Ludlow and Orchard. They turn around suits in about one or two hours, no problem, cheap too ($40ish IIRC), and never a problem. Served me well through many a job interview, funeral, etc...

You can always try the Macy's route and get matching separates instead of a tailored suit.

Frequently this will get you decent fitting pants and you'd just have to get the jacket tailored to fit and most places will let you pay a bit extra to jump the line.

My ex-husband was one of nature's whippets, and he got a couple of suits from a store which sold high-end clothes for teenagers. He's 5.6 and about 130lbs.

Your b/f would be at the upper end of the sizing for the suits available here but he might get something to fit him off the rack.
