Auto-transfer Instagram to FB album?

I'm looking for a way to have Instagram photos automatically transferred into a Facebook album. I have the Instagram iPhone app upload to Posterous, but I can't find a way to automatically transfer the actual images (rather than links posted to my wall) to a FB album. I'm open to pretty much any solution (app, RSS, etc.)

For what it's worth, the Instagram iPhone app doesn't actually upload to Posterous -- it justs hotlinks the Instagram image on your Posterous blog.

So, that's why it's not transferring to FB (like your other photo posts on Posterous).

I can't think of an automatic way to do this, other than taking the picture on Instagram, then sending it via email to posterous and letting the autopost take place that way.

Send the photo to Flickr from Instagram, then set up Flickr to Facebook posting? (I'm not sure that'll get the photo into an album and not just your wall.)
