Henri Nouwen's "Being the Beloved" speech on YouTube - available in written form? Also, question re: "putting brokenness under the blessing"

So, Henri Nouwen's sermon "Being the Beloved" is available on YouTube. I want a text version and can't seem to find one on-line. Is there a transcript somewhere? Does the sermon come out of one of his books? While I'm quite interested in Henri Nouwen I tried reading "The Wounded Healer" only to get confused... So, I haven't read much of his work.

Related question: In part 4/8 of the YouTube series he speaks of putting the "brokenness under the blessing."

What exactly does this mean?

It's not a transcript, but I'm guessing that Life of the Beloved covers a lot of the same ground.

i think nouwen's idea of "putting brokenness under the blessing" is connected to an idea rabbi jonathan sacks spoke about on this episode of "on being with krista tippett." he's talking about jacob wrestling with the angel, and he says:

"And Jacob says something very profound to the angel. He says, 'I will not let you go until you bless me.' And that I feel about suffering. When something bad happens, I will not let go of that bad thing until I have discovered the blessing that lies within it."

i think of "putting brokenness under the blessing" is just like that-- that the broken part of us can also be included in what's "blessed" about us-- and maybe we have to make the suffering bless us before we let it go.
