What should I do now?

Is there to-do list software out there that randomly chooses what you should do next?

Over the years, I've been used a variety of to-do lists to stay productive and remember what I need to do. Given a long list of boring tasks, however, I find that choosing what to do next can be just as difficult as actually doing the task.

Is there to-do list software (or a web-service) that allows you to enter a short list of items and then tells you what to do next? I guess I'm thinking about a version of nowdothis.com with random selection and, even better, a count-down timer (e.g., respond to email - 5:00, 4:59, 4:58, etc.)

I'll probably end up writing this software myself, but I thought it would be worth the question to see if somebody has already made what I'm looking for.

Unless you have a problem with actually knowing what's coming next, you can always use the Random.org list randomizer. That's what I go to when I don't know what game to play next.

You can ask Hiveminder for a random task by IM.

Also consider hassleme, which randomizes the time interval.
