I lost my commands or whatever you call them

I lost my line of commands on the top of Firefox! The line that includes View with all the toolbars. I have the navigation toolbar still there, but I'm talking about the one over it, that says "File Edit View etc." It's just gone. I've rebooted the whole laptop, etc. Any way to get this back? thanks.

Right click the navigation toolbar and click "Menu Bar"

If your Firefox is filling the whole screen, F11 toggles between fullscreen mode and regular mode.
