Any good stopovers when traveling between Malmo and Stockholm in Sweden?

Hello all! I’m looking for Sweden travel advice. I’m planning a road trip from Malmo to Stockholm in a few weeks. So far, the first stop is in Goteborg to stay the night. We are planning to stay one more night, somewhere along the way to Stockholm…possibly do a half day of snowboarding and some charming village sightseeing. Any “must see” winter recommendations? Additional interest include: traditional arts & crafts, wildlife, cultural landmarks, vintage shopping, food markets, unique accommodations. Any recommendations are much appreciated! Thanks for taking the time!

Lund is super-close to Malmo, but really worth seeing.

Brahehus near Jönköping, Tycho Brahes gaff I seem to recall. View across the lake where John Bauer tragically drowned (him who painted trolls). They have polkagris (traditional candy) factory at the truckstop.

The golden otter (gyllene uttern) about five kiloms closer to Jönköping is supposed to be à great if expensive restaurant and really nicely situated.
