Mystery female on Destroyer's Rubies.

Who is the female backup singer on Destroyer's Rubies?
Her voice is very familiar, but I just can't place it. She sings a short phrase here at the 3 minute mark, and again at 4 minutes. I've read the liner notes, scanned the reviews and read the Destroyer Wiki, but cannot find a name.
Sounds a bit like Bjork to me, but the pronunciations seem less affected than hers.

Best answer: I think it's Dan, but it could be Tim Loewen (credited with backing vocals). To me it doesn't sound like it has to be a female voice, although it's pretty high. He does credit the female vocals in the notes to Kaputt, and it seems unlike him to leave them out.

Sounds (a bit) like Neko Case to me.

Best answer: I think it's just Bejar's falsetto overdubbed.

Sounds a lot like his girl Sydney Vermont, with whom he has a band Hello, Blue Roses.
Here's some of them from their only record...

Response by poster: After giving a few more careful listens, it seems kind of obvious that it is just Bejar doing a falsetto overdub. At around 4:10, you can even hear the falsetto break into something like his real singing voice. Thanks for the answers.
But his falsetto does sound hauntingly familiar to another female singer, and I still can't place the voice. I thought maybe Mia Doi Todd, but her voice is a bit deeper.
