iPod Charger/Tuner with International Mode

I need a new iPod charger / FM Tuner for a 6th Gen Nano with International Mode. Any suggestions?
I had a third gen iPod, and a Griffin iTrip...this cheap, no frills version. Sound quality was frankly pretty bad, until I put it in International Mode, which lets me take the FM tuner down to 87.9. Then I have perfect sound quality wherever I am in America. I lost the iPod and replaced it with the 6th gen Nano. The FM Tuner still works, but the iPod doesn't charge anymore.
I hardly ever listen to my new iPod because it always needs to be charged. I'd like to replace the tuner with one that charges, but the international mode is a must. Does anyone have one that works?
