How to edit video into 4 way split screens

After searching and coming up empty, does anyone know the best method and software for editing video into a four way split screen? I admit I am just starting to get my feet wet to editing so if it will be tricky thanks for the pre warning. Could it be done in Premiere Pro 5? Also might have access to Final Cut Pro if it calls for it. Similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r28LLqyXBKs

Best answer: You can do this in Premiere. Load all four clips onto the timeline, each onto its own video track. Scale each one to 25% size. Position them (one into each corner) using the transform controls or your monitor window.

Can also be done easily in Sony Vegas which is a very nice and inexpensive piece of video editing software.
