Where can find I data for TV ratings and/or newspaper sales before, during and after September 11th, 2001?

Here's a paper (pdf) about the topic titled "American News Consumption During Times of National Crisis". Lots of graphs. However, it mentions that Nielsen didn't publish ratings the week of 9/11, since very few scheduled shows actually aired.
