Hope me with a .docx document !

Can some kind Mefite please open and send me a .docx document as a Word doc, or PDF ? I've tried two online services with no luck, and since I'm running Chrome, I can't download the MS fix. In addition, I'm too inept to figure out the workaround. It's only a letter from the GSA covering the Art In Architecture application process for artists, and since it IS a government agency, I want to make sure I haven't missed something stupid. My email is in my profile. Thanks in advance !
Best answer: It opens just fine in Google Docs.

Best answer: I sent it, too. But as Cat Pie Hurts suggested, next time try opening docx in Google Docs. Good luck!

Open Office opens docx files, lets you save them in another format, and is free.

For the record, when I've had this before I've saved the doc, then right clicked and saved as a format I can open.

There are free updates for word versions that enable you to open .docx
