Looking for a quote about traveling. Something about the purpose of traveling the globe over is to come back to the place you came from and see it with new eyes or anew.
Does that ring a bell to anyone? Much thanks in advance..
Best answer: We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
- Eliot, The Wasteland

There's also the frequently quoted line from Kipling: "What should they know of England who only England know?" (English Flag)

Yes, from Eliot's "Little Gidding" the last paragraph of the last of the Four Quartets in the link provided by beanie. It's a wonderful beautiful poem -- especially that bit.
