how to make a digital photo look like exposures or film

easy formatting photos on the pc to get the lomography effect with the film-like holes on the top ad bottom of a photo.

I am curious as to how to take a photo and make it look like "film" by creating the holes on the top and bottom? This is most often seen in lomography. I have an app that is called Lomo but it doesn't create that effect and i am struggling finding software that creates that exposure effect.
Thank you!

Sprocket holes.

Go to this site, and select frame style: Holga 35mm.
