Registering domain on .ie ccTLD

I want to buy a domain on the .ie TLD, but I am not located in Ireland and do not do business in Ireland (they require various verification). I do have some friends in Scotland that could help with verification. I noticed that the unincorporated organization verification requirements are the most lax. The domain would just be used for personal reasons. Thanks for your help.

So what is the actual question?

and by verification you mean falsifying documents for the purpose of fraud, however well intentioned.

Are you asking how you can legitimately register an .ie domain, or how you can get around the verification rules? If it's the first question, it looks like you can't, unless you actually are an unincorporated organisation with a "real and substantive connection with Ireland".

How? I mean, apart from atrazine's point about fraud, you do know that Scotland is a country not located within the island of Ireland, right?
