Most informative placebo effect links?

I would like to see what the hivemind considers the most valuable internet pages on the placebo effect.

I have gone through the first page google, the wikipedia, the pubmed and I know there are gems buried that my superficial search is not getting at. If you know of a great resource in my local public library, that is of interest to me as well.

If you have a brilliantly informational personal anecdote, you can send it to me in metamail. Also, if you know of a great link but would prefer not to have it linked to your username (e.g. you are an M.D. and you tell patients to try Saint John's Wort or Valerian in disregard for strict AMA Board guidelines) you can send it to me in metamail and I will not blow the whistle upon you. Please no chat in the answers as I know my question is on thin chatfilter ice and want to see some good answers and not a deleted question.

Thank you!

You Are Not So Smart (Placebo Buttons) comes to mind immediately. This was the first article I could find about it, but there are probably more articles about placebo or similar effects. I'll dig around.

This article in Wired by Steve Silberman is an award-winner.

Science Based Medicine has a few good articles on it, often trying to clear up ideas that get confused or glossed over in mainstream articles
The placebo effect, placebo effect is not what you think it is, placebo effect revisited. Dr. Novella contrasts/expands on news articles that are often kneejerk reactions to one study and puts them in perspective with clinical trials and scientific consensus.

Seconding lindonmark, Ben Goldacre generally does an excellent job with this. He's written a bunch more articles about the subject as well. He also did a talk at Nerdstock on the subject available on YouTube. It's a short, funny, but actually pretty informative, introduction to the subject.

Steve Silberman has a nice long interview with Irving Kirsch on PLoS Blogs discussing research on the placebo effect, and links to some additional articles.
