X in Y minutes

There's a website where I can plug in an address and find out where I can get to in any direction in a city in X minutes using transit. I have lost the link, where is it?

Was it for more than one city? Or was it just for New York, in which case it's Trip Trop NYC.

Response by poster: Similar to that, but I was able to use it for Washington, DC.

I know that google maps does this in some cities. It does in Philadelphia.

When I tried it a few months Mapnificient it didn't work very well for Los Angeles. The answers it gave were completely wrong. I would be wary of using it for anything other than entertainment value. It's a nice idea though.
