Help me remember the name of the most delicious snack food I've ever had
I had it back in Columbia Missouri. I know it wasn't produced there, but I bought it at the local natural food market Clovers.
The snack basically consisted of a bag full of half popped popcorn kernels... This is all I remember. It might have

Oh my. the half popped ones are the best. I really, really hope something like this exists.

Best answer: Oh god I know this stuff: A-Maizing Corn Snack-Original. I think I gained 10 pounds due to my addition to its corny goodness. I avoid it now, but yum!

Response by poster: Not corn nuts...
I remember it was made by some family owned small business... Probably shows up pretty often in natural food stores.
Also the corn kernels were rather large.
There is a chance it might not even be around anymore.

Piggybacking: the A-Maizing corn snacks are apparently "maiz tostado". Does anybody have a good recipe for this?
