DubaiFilter: lost vacation photos

DubaiFilter: A friend of mine found an 8 GB memory card with someone's vacation photos on it in Sharjah, UAE. He thinks that the owners were from Dubai or rented a car there. Did you or your friends lose a memory card there?
My friend writes that he "would like some help: does anyone know these people? We found an 8gig memory chip with their vacation photos near a Ghaf grove in the desert near Umm al Quwain that has their vacation photos. They seem to be from Dubai - a picture of a car with Dubai plates is the first photo on the card."
He posted a photo of the couple (from the card--self-portrait holding the camera in front of them) but it's on Facebook so I can't link to it. Caucasian couple, late 20s-30s, male is bald and has a day's growth of beard, woman has straight blonde hair.
If you, or some friends, have vacationed in the UAE recently and lost a memory card, memail me.
