Is anyone aware of a reputable domain registrar who will register .sh domain names?

It looks like the .sh TLD is administered exclusively by NIC.sh.

Rhaomi is correct - NIC.sh administers the .sh name space. You can register a .sh domain directly through them for about $95USD or you can go through one of their accredited registrars. The list of those partners is available here.

There are a number of very reliable registrars listed there. Moniker has .sh domains for $72.80. They are a top ten registrar and very reliable.

We register all of our domains through Gandi, which comes very highly rated by MeFi and is a .sh registrar.
