Bad BAD Wind!

What product ideas can help farmers against seasonal hot and extremely dusty winds?

The Khamsin wind is a hot, dry, and extremely dusty wind that blows in Northern Africa, particularly Egypt, during late Spring and early Summer. It is known as sirocco in some parts of Europe.

It causes a very quick rise in temperature, as well as devastating sandstorms that harm crops, animals, housing, and can even cause illness. It can also (in periods of great intensity) prevent farmers from leaving their houses due to its violence and the resultant decreased visibility, which consequently affects their financial well-being.

(More info on the Khamsin wind can be found here and here.)

If you are to propose a product that can help affected farmers, what would it be?

This is for a marketing-related group discussion, and not for an actual marketing effort.

Bonus points: how will you market it?
