What is this classical melody? Wagner?

What is this theme that's stuck in my head? I haven't found it on musipedia, shazam and google. Part of me wants to say Wagner, but what piece?

It's from a Richard Strauss tone poem, but the exact one isn't coming to mind at the moment.
