Wanted: People who think and write like Paul Graham.

How do I find some not-yet-famous Paul Grahams and Seth Godins? I'd like to put together a small circle of bright iconoclasts for regular online conversations. Graham and Godin would be perfect, but they're otherwise engaged. How do I find people who are curious, wise, and highly verbal, but haven't (yet) attracted large audiences?

Best answer: Look in small (and large) blogging networks:
- 9rules
- Federated Media
- InfluAds' startups & entrepreneurs
- Six Apart's blogger ad network

These are people bright & verbal enough to have built at least a small audience, and interested enough in having a platform for their voice that they're either supplementing or making their income through advertising on their blog.
