Video conference 4 webcams?

Is there a way to video conference 4 webcams in an easy and reliable way, preferably free? I would love to find a service like Skype that allows more than 2 people to video talk at the same time. Thanks for your thoughts!

Errr, doesn't Skype's latest release support group video?
