Can anyone tell me anything about this striking building or work of art? Who, where, etc.? Thanks. Have a look, I think you'll like it.

It's in Riga, Latvia. I ran the image through Tin Eye and found this page with some more information about Riga's art nouveau district.

Found some more... it was designed by Mikhail Eisenstein and is at Elizabetes 10b.
