Recommendations on streaming media or movies in Cantonese to improve my comprehension?

Born and raised in the Midwest means my grasp on Cantonese isn't that great. Living in Minneapolis far from my family, so what few opportunities I have to speak and listen are limited to short phone calls home.

I know the Mandarin has a higher utility, but I'm more interested in being able to converse with my family at the moment, especially as my Cantonese-only-speaking family members gets older.

Does anyone have recommendations of good Cantonese podcasts or streaming radio or other audio that I can find online? Most radio stations I come across are in Mandarin. I'd like to be able to just listen to someone talk clearly and naturally.

Movie and television show recommendations are welcome too, though I'm interested in something I can listen to through the day on my iPod.

Where is your family from? The Cantonese from different places sound a little bit different. In any case, this may be a little difficult for you to navigate if you can't read any Chinese at all (their English page is mostly only useful for their English programmes), but I'll recommend the Hong Kong public radio/TV website, rthk.hk. Their archive of streaming TV programmes are also very good, but obviously they tend to be more Hong Kong focused. Their podcast-specific page is here.

Lust/Caution is a great movie (watch out for sexing) with dialogue in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese. It should still be on Netflix streaming.

The BBC has a weekly news podcast from their Cantonese service.
