Movies about sex without the sex

MovieFilter: I'm looking for movies that are about sex which contain few (if any) actual sex scenes, such as American Pie and The 40 Year Old Virgin.
Best answer: Porky's

Best answer: The Summer of '42 is about 2 boys focused on losing their virginity. The book is also good.

Response by poster: Nah BP, I don't think most Woody Allen movies are what I'm looking for because while there are sexual undertones in many of Allen's movies, they aren't explicitly about sex--with the notable exception of Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* (*But Were Afraid to Ask), of course.
You're right that a lot of teen comedies fit the bill mk, but there are plenty of teen comedies that, while containing sexual content, aren't entirely focused on sex. For instance, Animal House has plenty of sex in it, but the movie is about the struggle between the frat and the Dean.

Best answer: Little Darlings is about 2 girls having a contest to see which will be first to lose her virginity at summer camp.
It was the first R-rated movie I ever saw, and I wasn't quite old enough so I had to use my sister's ID to sneak in to see it. Though I liked the movie a lot, I was really disappointed in the lack of "mature" images; seemed like all that trouble turned out to be for nothing.
Oh, also Grease. All the second graders in the talent show wanted to sing songs from Grease. Something about 7-year-olds singing "oh, oh those summer nii-iights" just didn't sit well.
And one more - I watched most of the first 2 seasons of Sex and the City on the syndicated channel - TBS, maybe? And I mentioned to someone how I never saw any nudity in that show - you would think there would be a lot, right? Turns out the real versions are much different than the syndicated ones.

A movie that is exclusively about sex is Young People Fucking. I know there is some nudity and the idea of sex taking place, but I don't know if this is up you alley. A good film though.

Skipped Parts. The title comes from the concept that most books usually leave out the actual description of sex, but discuss love and romance.

Orgazmo. This is damn movie is all about porn and crappy superheroes, but manages to only have one tiny glimpse of nudity.

Best answer: I'm a little confused by what, in your view, makes a movie "about sex," since you nixed Woody-Allen films but best-answered "Dangerous Liaisons." In my view, that movie is more about a power game that INVOLVES sex than about sex. Due to my confusion, my answers might not be what you're looking for, but...
Kubrick's "Lolita"
Also Kubrick's "Eyes Wide Shut"
"An Age on Innocence" (if you're going to include "Dangerous Liaisons")
"Vertigo" (Depending on how you look at it.)
"Oklahoma" (Some people might say this is an odd suggestion, but WATCH the movie. Watch the dream ballet, the "girl who can't say no scene," "people will say we're in love," etc. It's largely a movie about FEAR of sex. Lost of musicals are -- or could be interpreted as being -- "about sex," with music and dance standing in for orgasms.)

If you were looking for something arty, Girl on the Bridge is black and white, French, and all about knife throwing as a metaphor for sex.

Humpday probably qualifies. I didn't think it was a very good movie though.
Also, Austin Powers.
