Looking for an old political cartoon

Looking for a political cartoon from the 1992 US Presidential election, I think it was.

Back when Bill Clinton was running for president against the first Bush, I saw a political cartoon in the Champaign (IL) News Gazette where the candidates were on stage and someone in the audience asks a question like, "How do you answer people who say that you don't focus on the issues?" One of the candidates answers, "12," and the other answers, "Provo, Utah." Does anyone know where I can find that cartoon? I think it was a national cartoon, or, at least, it wasn't a local cartoonist.

Not to ask the obvious but have you contacted the News Gazette?

I have always found their customer service to be outstanding when looking for something like you are: library@news-gazette.com or (217) 351-5228.
