loinclothed drummer on a fourwheeler is taunting me

Help with music video/artist identification...
I saw a music video within the last year or so that started out with a shirtless man riding a four wheeler down an empty road. This four wheeler was also a drum set which he eventually began to play. He visits a village of similarly primitive folks wearing loinclothes etc living in stacked mobile homes. there's a young man in a loincloth who shoots an arrow toward him at some point? this is all I remember. this is a very wacky sounding question, but it's driving me insane! can you help me find the video?
