Brand of underwear in photo?

Are you sure they're not square cut swim trunks that look shorter because of the angle of the leg?

That logo is really hard to see, but these are very similar.

Also - I don't think they're underwear but retro swim trunks (for men) or board shorts (for women). My boyfriend has some of these.

That lace-up closure says swim trunks to me, not underwear.

Apparently there ARE briefs with drawstrings, so it COULD be underwear (but due to the white "border" around the seams I still think it's swimwear).

I have no idea why I'm investing so much time in this question.
