2004 Presidential Debates

I'm doing some research on the 2004 US Presidential Debates. For some reason I can't seem to find the definitive numbers on television audiences for the three debates. It would be great if somebody could point me to a resource that breaks down the viewing audiences in the US and abroad with as much detail as possible.

Might be one place to start:

Vice Presidential Debate
Presidential Debate I
Presidential Debate II
Presidential Debate III

I don't know who does viewership measurements overseas. I imagine you might search Google for European or Asian equivalents of Nielsen and the like.
