NYC Lawyer for a commercial lease?

Suggestions for a lawyer in New York City to look over a commercial lease?
We're a small for-profit currently negotiating a lease on a retail storefront in Brooklyn and we're in need of a lawyer to take a look at the lease. We do have a broker, but they have connections to the building so we're looking for an outside lawyer.
Specific recommendations are much appreciated! Brooklyn/Manhattan locations are easiest for us.

The New York City Bar Legal Referral Service is pretty awesome.
