Seeking recommendations for a divorce lawyer in the Austin, TX area.

Hi. As mentioned above, I am looking for a divorce lawyer in the Austin, TX area. One specially suited to this particular situation would be even better.

Particular Situation:
1. Child custody/support is not an issue.
2. The party seeking the divorce doesn't know much about the family finances.
3. The party not seeking the divorce likely won't be willing to pursue a collaborative divorce.

Greenstein and Kolker don't specialize in divorce, but they give sensible legal advice on a range of topics.

Sarah Pilkington at the Pilkington Law Firm specializes in divorce law. She does free consultations, so you can see if she's right for you. I know she goes to court a lot, although she does do mediation/negotiation when it's appropriate.
