Kid who reviews Bar Boulud

This kid goes to eat at Bar Boulud and eats head cheese and gives a great review. Most adults are scared to eat the stuff. How do you think his review is?

Maybe you're asking why his review was great? Maybe because as a child he has fewer preconceived notions about the kinds of things we're "supposed" to eat, and he's just going by the taste. My kid has a very wide and varied palate, though its true I've never fed him head cheese, mostly because I think it sounds gross. I think many more kids would eat a wider variety of things if they're exposed to them.
