Drinks on the West Side of Manhattan on Halloween Saturday night?

Does anyone know a bar on the west side of Manhattan, nearish the 69th Street entrance to the park, that could accommodate dozens, even perhaps 100 people, for drinks on a Saturday from 5-7?

I'm looking for something that's not too divey but not too posh, either, for a large group for pre-dinner drinks and beers.

I don't have any venue suggestions, but wherever you end up going pleasepleaseplease call ahead and let them know you're bringing dozens or a hundred or whatever number of people to their establishment. You will save them a tremendous headache, save yourselves a lot of venomous looks, and probably get substantially better and faster service if the bar has a chance to put on an extra server or two to accommodate your group.

Response by poster: yes, of course! I wouldn't spring on anybody.

That's a pretty big crowd. How far from the park entrance are you willing to go? The Landmark Tavern is big enough (with a back room) and is a nice bar, but it's all the way over on 11th and 46th.

When Leonard Cohen played the Beacon last year, they had the pre-party at Citrus, 320 Amsterdam Ave (between 75th & 76th). The lower level had a pretty large room.
