Crunchy onion goodness?

Where can I buy Cronions (of Norwegian make) in Canada, preferably Toronto?

Does Toronto have a Swedish or Scandinavian neighborhood (a la Lincoln Square in Chicago)? I find that if I need German or Swedish ingredients, I can usually find them in Lincoln Square which, historically speaking, is a Scandinavian neighborhood, though it's more hipster parent-y now.

IKEA sometime has something similar. Probably not Norwegian, though.

How different are they from French's Fried Onions?

If they don't have those in Canada, a quick trip across the border will show every grocery store stocking up on them for the infamous Green Bean Casserole for Thanksgiving.

Yes, seconding substituting French's Fried Onions. They've (Grocery Stores) got 'em here in Toronto. Years ago I made that infamous Green Bean Casserole when I threw a dinner party for American Thanksgiving.
