GraphicDesignerHitsBrickWallFilter: Where can I purchase this image?

I'm wanting to use this image in a website design I'm working on.

Googling "man with megaphone" pulls it up on a few websites (also here, and at least one other spot that I've lost the link to) so I'm hoping it's a stock image that I can purchase somewhere. Alas, I've searched my regular stock image sites (Stock.XCHNG, iStockPhoto, Shutterstock, Dreamstime) as best I know how, with no luck so far.

Do any other designers out there have extra mad image-search skillz they'd be willing to share? Great stock sites (with super-great search engines?) that I'm missing from my go-to list? How else might I find the source of this rotten image so I might throw $$$ at its progenitor?

Tin Eye shows it in a bunch of places but no stock image sites. Perhaps one of those places commissioned it and owns it. First guess would be Yell Sell just because the image fits so well but that's just a hunch.

It looks a lot like Gregory Peck to me. Is it possible it's a still from a movie?

if you are unable to find a source, could you recreate & shoot it with your own photog? or, use this guy.

It looks quite a bit like the director in this 1925 photo: http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/3301037/

Since the image doesn't turn up in any of the logical keyword searches - either on google, getty or corbis - I'm betting that he's a much smaller part of a larger image/scene and the real photo you're after may not be keyworded with "bullhorn" "megaphone" etc at all, since he may play an insignificant role in the image. Just a guess though.
