Best answer: mr. cybele sez:
"Those large files (SC2Data, SC2Assets and SC2Maps files) are in a format called MPQ. They work much like zip files. To extract files from them, you will need a program that can work with MPQ files such as MPQ Editor. The sounds you are after are probably in 'SC2Assets'. They might be in .wav, .mp3 or .ogg format."

You can use MPQ Edit to open the file. (base.SC2Assets) Within the app you should be able to find the sounds under Assets/Sounds/Terran/Odin. There's a tutorial here, though it also goes into sound replacement, which you won't need.

Best answer: mr. cybele sez, part II:
"C:\Program Files\StarCraft II\Campaigns\Liberty.SC2Campaign\enUS.SC2Assets
and inside that: LocalizedData\Sounds\TerranV0\CampaignUnits\Tychus\"
