Gmail: lemme see which messages haven't yet received replies.

In gmail, I want to be able to run a search for Sent messages that have not yet received a reply. Is this possible?
Not directly anyway.
http://todmaffin.com/waitingfor has a system that utilizes labs, specifically multiple inboxes, and labels. Basically you're creating another inbox that shows you things that have the "1 waiting" (or whatever) label. I haven't played with it at all but I did look in labs and it seems pretty straight forward.
The bonus to using this is that you won't have to waste time searching, just need to remember to take the label off when you get a reply.
