This drum kit's just taking up space!

Is it possible to somehow buy online and receive a replacement PS3 Rock Band wireless drum adapter in NYC by tomorrow?
The boy brought his Rock Band 2 set over after his last trip back to the States, but the drum adapter ("dongle") got lost somewhere on the way. We know another person who's coming over to the Middle East this week, and if we could get the part shipped to him, he could bring it with him. It seems the part isn't available locally, and we don't have the option of having an entire new drum kit shipped.
Is there any way for us to make this work?
